Refund Policy
Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. programs are paid for up front and are non-refundable except for in the following scenarios, outlined in this policy. Programs are billed in monthly intervals and you can cancel anytime at least ten (10) days before the next billing cycle. If more than one month of service is purchased up front (ex. 6 month package), and you decide to cancel at least ten (10) days before the next billing cycle, then you will be entitled to a refund for the unused months minus a $100 administrative fee. For example, if you signed up for a six (6) month hair restoration package at $99/month and you pay up front $594( which is $99x6 months) and you start the program and decide within the first month that it is not right for you; and you decide to withdraw or “cancel” your program at least ten (10) days prior to the next month cycle- then you are entitled to a refund of $495 ($99x5 months) minus the administrative fee ($100) for a total of $395 which will be either credited to the credit card used to make payment when you signed up initially or you could choose to have a check mailed to address of record. All cancellation requests can be submitted by email at refund@himandhair.com
Receiving a Refund:
Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. (“HIMANDHAIR”) programs are not refundable, except under the circumstances outlined above. If one of the above reasons applies to you, you can cancel your Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. membership at any time by emailing refund@himandhair.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.
If you paid for your program by credit or debit card, we will credit your refund to your card on file within 10 business days of Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. confirming you are refund eligible. Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. will notify you of whether you are eligible for a refund by responding to your request.
By accepting a refund, you are electing to withdraw from your Jadeleen Medical Solutions, Inc. program.
