Eligibility

Patients must be over 18 years of age and be physically in one of the states we service to participate in a telemedicine encounter.  Please have your state or government issued identification available at the beginning of the telemedicine encounter.

We do not serve any US territories outside of the continental USA, Alaska and Hawaii.  The US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and any international destination including CANADA are excluded.  

It is your responsibility to make sure that you can verify that you are at least 18 years old and live in one of the states we serve.  A government issued ID will be required should
