Eligibility

Patients must be over 18 years of age at the time of the consultation and be physically in one of the states we service taking into account state and federal laws.  We do not serve any US territories (outside of 50 states), District of Columbia, US Virgin Islands, Guam, Puerto Rico, and any international destination including CANADA.

ED Treatment: We do NOT currently serve the following states:  SC,ND

It is your responsibility to make sure that you can verify that you are at least 18 years old and live in one of the states we serve.
