Return and Refund Policy

Refunds are only available for red light therapy caps and facemasks and other devices acquired from HimandHair and with the following guidelines.


GroWell laser caps have a 12-month return policy for a full refund.  The IDerma facemask from GroWell has a 90 day return policy.  If you bought the laser cap or facemask from the growellcap.com website or from any other vendor outside of HimandHair, please follow their respective return and refund policies.  If you bought your GroWell cap or facemask from HimandHair, please follow the instructions below.  


Capillus caps have a 6-month return policy for a full refund.  All other red light therapy devices from Capillus and acquired from Himandhair have a 90 day return policy.   If you bought the cap or facemask or any other device from capillus.com or a vendor outside of HimandHair, please follow their respective return and refund policies.  If you bought your Capillus cap or facemask or any other red light therapy device from HimandHair, please follow the instructions below. 


Instructions:


Capillus caps have a 6-month return policy for a full refund.  All other red light therapy devices from Capillus and acquired through HimandHair have a 90 day return policy.   If you bought the Capillus cap or facemask or any other red light therapy device from capillus.com or a vendor outside of HimandHair, please follow their respective return and refund policies.  If you bought your Capillus cap or facemask or any other red light therapy device from HimandHair, please follow the instructions below. 


Step 1:  Notify HimandHair by either calling the office at 480-980-5835 or by emailing info@himandhair.com with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST" 


Step 2:  You will receive an email within 3-5 business days with the subject line "REFUND REQUEST ACCEPTED" if you met all the criteria previously stated.


Step 3:  Patient will ship (at their expense) the cap or facemask or other red light therapy device to the following address:

Step 4:  Once we receive the cap or facemask or other red light therapy device, your refund will go back to the original payment method and will be processed within 3-5 business days.
